We received a very nice email from a French guest.
Dear Mr Nagata,
Thank you for your exceptional welcome which will remain one of the best memories of our 3rd trip to Japan.
Thank you for your French menu specially concocted for your hosts.
Even in France, my son never had the opportunity to taste and appreciate the dishes you prepared.
Your cooking is excellent and reminded me of the dishes my grandmother (an excellent cook herself) prepared for holiday meals.
Your hostel, as much for its comfort, its attentive staff, its decoration, the crockery, the products for meals…. everything has been thought out and selected with passion and allows us to transport ourselves to another universe (even though we are in Japan!). Bravo for this high-Flying reconversion 😉🛫
As for the matsuri we couldn't ask for better (fabulous location).
Our stay at Bistro Licht allowed us to visit the town of Hita which deserves to be better known to tourists.
Best Regards,
PS : I hope my English will be compréhensible. I do have appreciated your Chablis
