ランチは多くの皆様から好評を頂いているリヒトオリジナルのキッシュと、ガレット、キッシュ、パスタなど皆様から大変好評のクオリティの高いメニュー
バーのご利用は原則予約制で電話1本でオープンいたします。
また、夜はシェフおまかせの丹精込めたフレンチコース料理（スタンダード：6000円（税別）、グレードアップ8,000円（税別））を前日までの予約で提供させて頂きます。
このレベルのフレンチコースがこの価格でと驚かれますが、価格は地元還元の一環として日田には他にフレンチレストランがありませんのでフレンチ料理を味わう機会をと思っています。

We, Cafe Bar Licht (“Light” in German), opened our doors in 2020’s autumn. The owner lives in Germany, and the master of the café is an immigrant from Tokyo. We are such strangers. What’s more, the café master’s much of his life was spent flying in fighter jets, so he has zero experience in the food and beverage business. No experience is for the owner too.
However, we have been carried by the wind to bring new air from Germany and Tokyo into the Hita.
The exterior of the cafe bar is Japanese style, but the atmosphere inside is European antique and brocante, and the background music is mainly jazz, which is a mixture of various cultures. Some people may feel that it’s not cohesive. But for those of you who feel that “what is good is good”, we promise you that we will provide you with a relaxing time.

我々、カフェバー リヒトは2020年の秋にドアを開きました。 オーナーはドイツ在住で、マスターは東京からの移住。 私たちはそのようなよそ者です。 さらに、カフェマスターはその人生の大部分は戦闘機での飛行に費やされていたため、飲食業界での経験はありません。 オーナーも経験がありません。 しかし、私たちはドイツと東京から日田に新しい空気をもたらすために風に乗って来ました。
カフェバーの外観は和風ですが、店内の雰囲気はヨーロッパのアンティークやブロカントで、BGMは様々な文化が融合したジャズが中心です。 一部の人々はそれをまとまりがないと感じるかもしれません。 しかし、「良いものは良い」と感じて頂ける方には、ゆったりとした時間をお約束します。

なお、2023.4.29から「カフェバーリヒト」は「ビストロカフェリヒト」にリニューアルしました。

Wir, Cafe Bar Licht (“Light” in Deutschland), werden unsere Türen in diesem Herbst öffnen. Der Besitzer lebt in Deutschland Düsseldorf und der Meister des Cafés ist ein Einwanderer aus Tokio. Wir sind so fremde. Darüber hinaus verbrachte der Café-Meister einen Großteil seines Lebens mit dem Fliegen in Kampfjets, so dass er keine Erfahrung im Lebensmittel- und Getränkegeschäft hat. Auch für den Besitzer gibt es keine Erfahrung.
Wir wurden jedoch vom Wind getragen, um neue Luft aus Deutschland und Tokio nach Hita zu bringen.
Das Äußere der Café-Bar ist japanischer Stil aber die Atmosphäre im Inneren ist europäische Antike und Brocante und die Hintergrundmusik ist vor allem Jazz, die eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Kulturen ist. Einige Leute mögen das Gefühl haben, dass es nicht kohäsiv ist. Aber für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die das Gefühl haben, dass “das Gute gut ist”, versprechen wir Ihnen, dass wir Ihnen eine erholsame Zeit bieten werden.
